Regarding Christ, we are told that,
“For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.”
Colossians 2:9.

Why is Christ the fulness of the Godhead Bodily?
Because it is only through Christ we have access to the God Father in Heaven, and it is only through Christ we are given of the Holy Spirit. Which places Christ in the fulness of the Godhead Bodily. Without Christ we have nothing; no connection to God our Father and no gift of the Holy Spirit given. Therefore, Christ fulfills the only connection to the Godhead Bodily.
